Cannot thank the guys at H&E enough. I put in an enquiry on a vehicle and within less than 24 hours they were in touch with me over the phone to discuss my options. Due to some issues on my end, the process took slightly longer than expected, but Charles from H&E was very patient and understanding from start to finish. No pressure, just a prestige experience. Drove 1.5 hrs to come and view a car on Sunday. Applied for finance and got accepted the next day. Mason made the whole process very smooth and explained everything in detail. Car was ready to collect on the Tues and we also completed a part exchange. Very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend.
